As summer slowly shuffles out and fall wanders in, with the start of school for some and the wind-down of beach vacations for others, it’s a great time to settle into new beginnings and routines and to reflect and celebrate how far you’ve come over the past few months. This summer has been an exciting journey for us, and we’ve come a long way in bringing more quality and personalization to our customers.

Here’s Our Big News!
In August, we announced the close of our $6 million Series A funding round. The round was led by Nature’s Way, the leading manufacturer of high-quality supplements. They focus on embracing the wisdom of traditional health practices to support modern health needs. With this funding, we plan to expand our product offerings and nutrient testing capabilities.

Can you give our readers more details on the news? How did it come to be?
This funding round and partnership with Nature’s Way is an important milestone for Baze and a big benefit to our customers. We began talking with them last year and quickly realized our values and ambitions are so well aligned.
We strongly believe we have the right process in place to make supplementation truly work and change lives. Having Nature Way’s manufacturing process and products at our fingertips further elevates this thought. Combining the two allows us to provide the maximum impact and benefit to our customers so they can feel well.
What will Nature Way’s involvement be with Baze moving forward?
They will provide us with support and high-quality products, but only when it makes sense for our customers and Baze. There are no strings attached. Baze will continue to retain full control and strategic freedom to do what’s best and most valuable for our customers’ health and wellbeing.
I think it’s a great sign of the times that one of the oldest, most high-quality supplement brands is joining the journey of personalized supplementation.
Our customers are our first priority so ultimately what does this mean for them?
You’re exactly right and I’m excited to be able to continue to improve our customers’ experiences.
With this funding and partnership:
- We are continuing to make improvements to our testing platform. In the future, we are planning to expand our panel and test for more nutrients.
- We will be able to expand our product line moving forward to provide customers with more choice and even more personalization.
- We have access to some of the highest quality, well-tested supplements on the market. Just as Baze does, Nature’s Way prides itself in ensuring their supplements are of the highest quality. They have a really large team devoted just to testing and transparency.
This is a huge step for Baze and provides us with the opportunity to take things to the next level. It’s another milestone in the process of breaking the current way of supplementation and establishing a new paradigm: personalization.
